On a record, the producer who makes it happen gets points. This is that, for a music company. Artists already have the fans. Back the fund that brings them home, become a Producer, and earn points on everything Bandwagon keeps.
From $3,000 up. Most of it goes to signing deals with artists who already have big followings, and to ads.
Each fan pays $10 a month. The artist gets $5 to $6, and after everybody is paid, Bandwagon keeps about $3.
Your points are a share of what Bandwagon keeps. The more fans, the more you get.

Recorded music brings in about $31 billion a year, and more than 800 million people already pay for music subscriptions.
Streaming pays artists about a third to half a cent a play. Millions of them put out music and earn almost nothing from it.
Bandwagon lets fans back an artist directly, $10 a month, and get every song to keep plus Backstage, a private feed with the artist.
Big artists have millions of fans on social media and streaming who have never paid them directly. Bandwagon gives every one of those fans a reason to, and gives the artist $5 to $6 of every $10.
to the artist, if every fan backed them on Bandwagon.
to Bandwagon, and $500K a month to the artist. From one artist.
to Bandwagon, from ten million paying fans.
to Bandwagon, if each brings a thousand paying fans.
Examples, not promises, using about $3 a month that Bandwagon keeps per paying fan. They show the size of the opportunity, not what will happen.
Big artists already have the fans. What they need is a reason to move them. So we offer artists with big followings a signing deal: cash up front to make Bandwagon their home and bring their fans with them. It works like a record advance, except they keep their music, their rights and 50 to 60% of every membership. We set their page up with them and hand them everything they need to tell their fans.
Say we offer an artist with 500,000 followers a $20,000 signing deal, and 1 in 20 of their fans comes over. That's 25,000 paying fans: about $125,000 a month to the artist and about $75,000 a month to Bandwagon, from a $20,000 deal. An example, not a promise.

Artist pages, uploads, memberships and checkout, downloads, Backstage with voice messages and secret drops, and the free swipe-to-discover stream.
Artists bring their own fans. Sharers earn 10% for every fan they bring. A&Rs pay $100 a year to recruit artists. Every one of them is a salesperson.
Built and run by Jeff, who has spent twenty years building software and selling it. No big team, no office, no burn.
What Bandwagon keeps after paying everybody is its "house revenue". Your points are a share of that number, which shows on every monthly statement.
Cash up front for artists with big followings to make Bandwagon their home and bring their fans with them. The fastest way to grow, because the fans are already there.
Ads that bring in artists, A&Rs and fans, run over about six months and tuned every week on what actually turns into paying fans.
Jeff's living costs so he works on Bandwagon every day, plus the first people whose whole job is signing artists.
The attorney who writes the agreement, a separate business account for the round, and a monthly statement for every Producer.
Faster money back, then you're done.
Slower to pay back, built to keep paying.
The round is $2,000,000 in total, from $3,000 up. You can split your amount between both ways.
Your monthly payout, months 1 to 60. Green means you've already got your money back.
These are projections, not promises. They come from assumptions about what ads cost, how many fans stay each month, and how fast artists bring their own fans, and real life will be different. Bandwagon is a young company. You could get back less than you put in, or nothing at all, so only put in money you can afford to lose. Payments come from real house revenue only, there is no guaranteed amount and no guaranteed date, and nothing here is an offer to sell securities. Any investment happens only through a signed written agreement, after you've read it and asked every question you have.
This isn't a commitment and nothing is charged. Jeff will reach out personally with the written agreement.
One point is 0.1% of Bandwagon's house revenue each month: what Bandwagon keeps after paying artists, sharers and A&Rs, and after Bandwagon pays the card fees.
Monthly, starting the month after the marketing starts bringing in paying fans, with a statement showing the house revenue and your share.
Yes, and we would rather say so up front. 15% covers Jeff's living costs so he works on Bandwagon full time, plus the first people hired to sign artists. 45% goes to artist signing deals, 30% to ads and 10% to setup and reporting.
Yes. If Bandwagon doesn't grow, you could get back less than you put in, or nothing. That's why every number here is labelled a projection.
So the company can clean up its ownership later. If it ever does, you get 3× what you put in, on top of everything you've already been paid.
No. Points are a share of house revenue, written into a signed agreement. You don't take on any of the company's debts or decisions.
This is brand new. You're paying a stupid low amount of money to get inside and get a massive amount of value, and in return you're going to run into problems and help me fix them.
If you're expecting perfection, don't buy this right now. Once beta testing has made it right, the price goes up, and you're welcome to come back then.
